Trained as a geographer with a lifelong love of the natural world, Sophie began her photographic career capturing plants in her back garden, experimenting with style and technique along the way. Since then, her work has grown to focus on two themes: the resilience of nature and people in the face of challenges, and the beauty found in small, everyday moments. 

Based in Southampton, United Kingdom, Sophie's portfolio features photos from the around the world, reflecting her commitment to capturing and sharing the diversity of people, places, and stories that should be shared. While nature remains at the centre of work, her experience ranges from vast landscapes to sports photography and portraiture. She has been hired for family photography, event coverage, sports photography, conservation photography, and much more. 

Sophie's work has also been featured in exhibits including the Scholastic Art Awards and the Westfield Community Photo Exhibit. Drawing on this breadth of skills and experience, she continues to share a diverse range of perspectives, stories and visions, both online and print.
